Haywood-Cleverly, Nicola

With a background in engineering, Nicola has successfully led large-scale, complex change initiatives, often digitally enabled, to drive improvements and transformation across the public sector, including integrated care systems. She has served as a Chief Information Officer in the NHS and policing, and participated on several national technology councils. Currently, she balances public appointments, which include serving as a Non Executive Director on the boards of NHS foundation trusts and social housing associations, alongside being strategic advisor and consultant to the health tech industry. Nicola also has lived experience as a carer, and frequently brings that perspective to her thought leadership around whole person centric care, health and social care integration and health inequalities.
