I am a true believer in making change happen. I have a keen interest in primary care and the ever changing landscape of the NHS.  With over 18 years NHS experience, I am passionate about making improvements wherever I can. Whether it’s through continuous learning and evolution, supporting other staff to expand their roles and expectations of themselves, or improving access to healthcare by investing in our primary care services.
