Moore, Helen

Helen Moore took up post as Director of Planning, Performance & Informatics in June 2022 within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. Helen is a registered nurse with over 30 years’ experience of working in Health & Social Care in Northern Ireland.

As Director, Helen is responsible for Strategic Planning, Quality, Performance Improvement, and the delivery of ICT Digital and telecommunications across the Trust. In addition her role sees her carry out the duties of being Lead Director for Health Development and Population Health; this includes membership of Community Planning Partnerships and sits on the newly formed Area Integrated Partnership Board for South Eastern Locality as well as Vice-Chair for a Strategic Community Planning group within one of the three council areas that the South Eastern Trust provides integrated health and social care services to.
