Edward St John is a consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon working at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Portsmouth. He is an experienced NHS clinical entrepreneur fellow. He is the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Concentric Health, an InnovateUK & SBRI supported platform for digital consent & enhanced shared decision making. Concentric is the most used digital consent product in the UK.
He has authored numerous publications on digital consent and shared decision making. He is the Partnership Lead of the Innovation Hub for the Royal College of Surgeons (England). He is passionate about healthcare and effective, safe innovation. Amongst other skills he has domain expertise in consent & shared decision making, the evaluation of medical devices and digital health.
