Ali is an experienced Chief People Officer in the NHS, has executive responsibility for the digital, data and technology portfolio in her Trust, and is involved in local, regional and national programmes. She has experience and passion for digital innovation, how this can improve user experience, efficiency, productivity, and financial performance. Ali was one of the Chief People Officers involved in the development of the people digital chapter of the Future of HR & OD in the NHS report, is a member of the national transforming people services advisory group, has provided CPO input to the Future Workforce Solution programme, and is the SRO for the people digital programme across Lancashire & South Cumbria. This has included the development of a technical blueprint and operating model that can be replicated in other Trusts and systems.
