Annie Chamberlain
Head of Service Design and Experience, Digital Services, Somerset NHS FT
Annie will share how Somerset is working to minimise digital exclusion as they expand the use of digital services, including collaboration with community‑sector and council partners to better understand where exclusion risks exist and what local support is available. She will outline their work to assess digital capability across the Trust, alongside developing public personas to help digital change teams design with the needs of vulnerable groups in mind. Annie will also touch on how they are exploring responsible uses of AI to help us understand our data, identify potential risks and inform early mitigation, all grounded in best practice for equality, diversity and inclusion.
