Charlotte Mueer
Charlotte Mueer is a Delivery Manager at the Centre for Innovation, Transformation and Improvement (CITI) at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. She leads digital transformation programmes focused on optimising clinical workflows, workforce systems, and patient care, with a particular focus on leveraging Epic to drive efficient care delivery. Charlotte brings a unique combination of clinical and digital experience, having started her career as a physiotherapist before moving into health innovation and transformation roles across various health systems, international NGOs, and the health technology sector. She has worked across Europe supporting digital health initiatives and system-wide improvement.
