Clinical Lead, Cyber Operations, NHS England
Chris Day is the Clinical Lead for Cyber Operations at NHS England, helping to improve clinical safety, patient outcomes, and system-wide collaboration. All while enabling digital maturity and innovation. Chris started in the NHS in 2009, when he qualified as a Physiotherapist. Over the years, Clinical shifts have continued, but a move towards digital started in 2018 as a Clinical Change Manager within Digital services of an Acute Trust. Multiple implementations have been undertaken, including a PACs solution and EPR. Now working in Cyber Operations, Chris covers everything from strategy development through to operational implementation and product lifecycle ensuring patients safety is front and centre.
