Chris Plummer is a Consultant Cardiologist and CCIO at the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Great North Care Record. He is Newcastle Biomedical Research Centre Informatics Lead, Board Chair of the European Examination in Core Cardiology, and a member of the European Society of Cacriology Curriculum Taskforce in Digital Cardiology and AI. His clinical and research interests include the use of clinical informatics for patient safety, and clinical education.
