Dan Wicks is Deputy CNIO at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, where he has supported clinical teams throughout the implementation, go-live, and ongoing optimisation of Epic’s largest global deployment to date. A trained Clinical Safety Officer, he ensures digital workflows are safe, effective, and clinically meaningful. Dan leads EHR optimisation initiatives and works closely with the CNIO to embed clinical insight into digital transformation. He has over 20 years’ experience in acute care, with a clinical background in Cardiology and Acute Medicine, and holds an MSc in Leadership and Service Improvement.
