Daren Fradgley is an accomplished senior NHS executive, system leader and practising paramedic with over 30 years of experience spanning emergency care, digital transformation, integration and organisational performance. As Deputy Group Chief Executive and Group Chief Integration Officer for the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group, he leads large‑scale strategic programmes, digital innovation, and transformation across a £1.1bn organisation and wider system partners.

Daren Fradgley is an accomplished senior NHS executive, system leader and practising paramedic with over 30 years of experience spanning emergency care, digital transformation, integration and organisational performance. As Deputy Group Chief Executive and Group Chief Integration Officer for the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group, he leads large‑scale strategic programmes, digital innovation, and transformation across a £1.1bn organisation and wider system partners.

A recognised specialist in whole‑system integration and out‑of‑hospital care, Daren has led some of the most ambitious redesign programmes in the Midlands and beyond. His recent leadership has delivered the full redesign of Lincolnshire’s community services, development of the Group’s long-term strategy, and the securing of £71m for two new county‑wide Electronic Patient Record deployments—one of the largest digital programmes of its kind.

Before joining Lincolnshire, Daren held multiple executive roles including Acting Chief Executive of Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust and Deputy CEO of Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. His system‑wide work has included leading place‑based partnerships, transforming urgent and integrated care pathways, and delivering significant reductions in hospital length of stay, avoidable admissions and emergency activity.
Known for his ability to recover challenged services, build high‑performing teams and drive evidence‑based transformation, Daren blends senior leadership expertise with clinical practice. His frontline experience as a paramedic to inform his commitment to delivering models of care that are safe, sustainable and designed around the needs of citizens and communities.

Daren holds an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance from Cranfield University and multiple qualifications in digital leadership, improvement science and organisational development. He is also a long‑standing Non‑Executive Director at Walsall Housing Group, supporting work on resilient communities and the wider determinants of health.
