Emmanuel Chan is a nurse, clinical researcher, and coproduction advocate with 30 years’ experience supporting people with sensory impairments and mental health problems. Recognized as an early career researcher by the National Institute for Health and Care Research in 2022, Emmanuel is also a Topol Digital Fellow with Health Education England. He is passionate about championing accessibility and reasonable adjustments as central priorities in digital health transformation, ensuring that technological innovations serve all citizens equitably.
