Eunice Deladem Ohenewaa Mensah

Eunice Deladem Ohenewaa Mensah is a Patient Representative and active contributor to inclusive, participatory health research, bringing community voice into the design and evaluation of healthcare systems. Her work is grounded in collaboration with lived-experience groups, ensuring that digital and service innovations genuinely work for patients, families, and frontline staff. She is a Member of The Essential Baby Co CIC, the haPPIE Research Group, and a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) member of the Trueblue Research programme, where she supports co-design, learning, and evaluation across complex health systems. Alongside this, Eunice is a multidisciplinary PhD researcher at Nottingham Trent University’s Nottingham Law School, with a background in Health Law and Ethics, bringing a systems-level perspective that strengthens participatory and restorative approaches in health and justice settings.
