Kavitha Saravanakumar
Interim Chief Information Officer, NHS North West London
Kavitha is the Chief Information Officer for NHS North West London and leads the data and digital strategy across the sector. She has been leading the development of their integrated care data platform ‘Whole Systems Integrated Care (WSIC)’ and is now leading the London Analytics Platform (LAP) product within London Secure Data Environment (London SDE). Kavitha has been instrumental in rolling-out Federated Data Platform to North West London ICB and been the incubator for System Co-ordination Centre (SCC) tool within FDP. Kavitha has 18 years of NHS experience and has worked for various NHS trusts in London and central bodies including London Strategic Health Authority as well as Health Education England. Kavitha leads on numerous programmes at London regional level and has a keen focus on the use of digital, data and intelligence to improve population health management and workforce development.
