Megan Morys-Carter

Megan Morys-Carter is the Director of Digital Innovation at Oxford University Hospitals, leading TheHill team including the NHS Market Access Accelerator and a pipeline of innovations into the Trust. She has a background in innovation and entrepreneurship across the private and public sectors and a particular passion for creating the right ecosystems for innovation to flourish. Megan has recently led the development of an AI policy and strategic approach to AI for her trust, and also runs the NHS Innovation Exchange, a peer group of innovation teams across 25+ acute and mental health trusts.
