Paul is currently a senior advisor on digital blueprints for NHS England. He has spent decades as a Board level Chief Digital and Information Officer who has worked at every level from local to national and at ICS level in the UK and Middle East. He has delivered significant programmes of Digital Transformation throughout his career. He was .voted CIO of the year in 2022 by his peers in a poll organised by Digital Health.com and was awarded the first NHS Cyber Security Leadership Award in the same year
