Rosie Mawer is a senior delivery manager at Aire Logic and has a decade of experience working in tech, half of which is working in health tech. Rosie believes in patient centred innovation and has worked closely with the team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to create a centralised, consistent and interoperable way to record and share diagnoses and problems. Rosie is a women in tech mentor and has dedicated large amounts of time to helping support women in tech through career changes to enter this industry and to progress in their careers. An interoperability expert Rosie has worked on some ground breaking projects and is one to watch for the future.
