Scott Vandepeear is a Senior Innovation Consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, with four years’ experience working in healthcare innovation. He leads the Trust’s innovation consultancy and works at the intersection of innovation, digital delivery, and operational change, supporting teams to move ideas beyond pilots into funded, governed programmes that can be adopted at scale. Scott has led the development of business cases and funding bids to support innovation, and works closely with clinicians, digital teams, and external partners to translate emerging technologies into practical improvements within live clinical environments.
