Experienced Public Sector CIO, having worked in Health, Emergency Services and Local Government. I was a programme and project professional for many years delivering large scale technology change before moving into Digital Leadership. I am currently a Digital Director for a Mental Health Trust in Kent which is my first role in the NHS. Prior to this I was responsible for IT within an emergency service for 7 years. I have a Masters in Public Administration and have presented at a number of conferences about delivering technology change and the operational use of risk data.
