Jane is representing the role of Head of Population Health Management Analytics at Surrey Heartlands ICS. She is also an Executive Director for AphA – the Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts. Jane has been in the NHS for 30 years, starting out as a junior analyst and working her way up to senior management roles in BI, Information and Performance.
Jane’s first 23 years were in acute at Yeovil District Hospital in Somerset, and she has since worked in mental health, community, and latterly she has worked in CCGs. Her recent roles have been working across systems for the ICS covering both health and care. Jane has a passion for seeing the successful delivery of PHM and to develop thriving systems to provide exemplary intelligence functions, supporting data based decision making.
