Dr Crystal Oldman CBE is Chief Executive of The Queen’s Nursing Institute (“The QNI”). Crystal was awarded a CBE in 2017 for services to community nursing and her leadership of the QNI. Crystal is a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing and a Trustee of the Nuffield Trust.
