Maggie Reid

Chair of Digital Midwives in Industry

Maggie Reid is the Chair of the Digital Midwives in Industry Group, a pioneering network that supports registered midwives working in the digital health sector. Under her leadership, the group fosters collaboration, professional development, and engagement with national digital maternity initiatives. It provides a vital space for midwives outside the NHS to share expertise, shape policy, and drive innovation in maternity and neonatal care.

Alongside her leadership role, Maggie is Head of Clinical Transformation at System C Healthcare, where she works to integrate digital solutions that enhance maternity and neonatal services. With a strong background in clinical informatics, she has led large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring that technology empowers, rather than burdens, frontline clinicians.
