Sothinathan, Christina

Christina joined the CW Innovation team as an Innovation Business Partner in 2023, supporting the Trust in deploying digital solutions, including AI and medical devices, to enhance patient pathways and reduce clinician workload. She is particularly passionate about digital inclusion, ensuring equitable access to high-quality care.

A physiotherapist since 2004, Christina earned her MSc and became a MACP member. After a successful career as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, she worked at NHS England as a Clinical Transformation Fellow and completed the Digital Pioneer Fellowship at DigitalHealth.London. She continues to practice as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (MSK) at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on Friday afternoons.

Additionally, Christina facilitates leadership training at Health Education England (HEE) and has presented at national and European conferences.
