Renowned champion of diversity and inclusivity in the tech sector, Jacqueline de Rojas CBE, has been confirmed as a keynote speaker for Digital Health Rewired 2020 .

The president of techUK will open the Rewired Leadership Summit on 3 March at London Olympia. The event brings together 300 of the most senior national and local NHS IT and digital leaders in health IT.

Jacqueline, who is also president of Digital Leaders and chair of the Institute of Coding, will discuss the key attributes of effective digital leadership to achieve large-scale digital transformation, drawing on the vital importance of having a diverse range of leaders, reflective of wider society outside healthcare.

Her opening keynote forms part of a wider leading membership body for companies in the technology sector, which is contributing top-class speakers and expertise to the programme.

Jacqueline said: “Digitisation is both exciting and important for the healthcare system. Rewired 2020 is the perfect catalyst for innovators to come together with health and social care policymakers and providers to accelerate this agenda.

Jacqueline is best known for her passionate commitment and leadership on diversity and inclusion, particularly making the tech sector more welcoming to women, influencing through notable advisory positions at Accelerate Her, BigYouthGroup and as a tech ambassador at the Girl Guiding Association.

he recipient of numerous awards and accolades Jacqueline, in 2018 was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours 2018 for services to International Trade in Technology. In March 2019 she appeared on Radio 4’s Desert Island Disks.

Digital Health Rewired 2020, 3-4 March, is focused on connecting everyone working on health IT with the very best in innovative and disruptive digital health.

Day one of Rewired 2020, 3 March, begins with the Digital Health Leadership Summit, the one-day conference dedicated to those leading on digital health across the NHS.

Day two of Rewired 2020, 4 March, is the main Rewired Conference and Exhibition, which has moved to the much bigger Olympia National.  Seven dedicated conference tracks will cover:

Headliners already announced include Matthew Gould and Tara Donnelly, the respective CEO and CDIO of NHSX, the agency charged with leading digital change across the NHS.

Running alongside the conference will be the new Digital Health Data Lab Conference, exploring latest developments in using health data.
